John Kirby [White House press conference]: Katie [Tobin] has done an amazing job, particularly helping us in our Summit for Democracy, and getting the L.A. Declaration on Human Migration going, and really working on truly hemispheric approach to try and to get at the root causes of migration…she wants to head on back to Chicago, spend some more time with her family.
