Q's Hong Kong Street Pic - "SFALO" = "PEDO" ?

It's a weird name, especially since names are very important to Chinese people so they always name their stores with auspicious words. Also "SFALO" does not appear to be a last name.

However, in CANTONESE this sounds very suspicious:

Fa = Flower

Lo = Man (In HK Cantonese slang, "gwai lo" means "devil man", slang for white man. Remember that the British owned HK for 200 years)

S = the word for Small in Cantonese is "siy". If you say the "S" combined with Fa Lo, it sounds like:

Sii Fa Lo = Small Flower Man

Is SFALO the term for Pedo in Hong Kong ??
