This guys as bad as the media he's saying to turn off. There's private property, ranches and houses on the other side of that "wall" that anyone could practically hop over. That's why they need the razor wire closer to the river bank. Obviously they won't put razor wire the full length of the Rio Grande, but people have to have access to their property. Notice there aren't any illegals coming through those gates? because they want to go through where they can get a free ride and sign up for all Bidans free money and shiite.
