Parallel:
Dr. Shiva did not invent email, in this physical reality. His name was not on the RFCs (Requests For Comment) that were used to build up the Internet and protocols, email being merely one of the protocols that were designed at that time.
However, Dr. Shiva managed to convince a court that he created something called EMAIL, which he did, and the court gave their ambiguous stamp of approval.
Capital letters differ from lowercase, is one important lesson (e.g., the "berth" certificate signed in presence of dock-tor, etc).
So Dr. Shiva can wave a piece of paper around, saying "See a court declared/decreed that I INVENTED EMAIL" and he's correct, from a certain perspective; however, he's not at all correct if his full statement were, "I invented the email protocol that most people use to communicate these days when they say that they are communicating via email."
He created a tiny system that isn't used by anybody.
Similarly: E. Jean Carroll got a court to declare these words as output, "President Trump stuck his fingers in her vagina" and then, the next court using those words as input could state that "these words cannot be challenged, and doing so is a violation of the law!"
Sure, it might be a violation of "the law," but the prior court was given no proof of the claim and used a temporary "back to the future" law to go after someone in the past, which of course [they] knowwill be used against them.And it'll die on appeal, or maybe this is what trips up the Supreme Court as we've been notified is one possibility.
The judge is stringing himself up, getting caught in a web of lies. Lewis and Carroll('s attorney), working together after working together as mentor/mentee. Mental. Mad Hatter.
