Hypothetical: If you were say a Catholic and suddenly lost all faith in the church, what would you do? What would any rational person do? Keep attending mass but loudly try to convince the other parishioners that they are wrong and should also lose their faith? Or just stop attending mass?

Non-hypothetical: Shills can explain ad nauseum why they “know for a fact” Q is a LARP. They can explain at length about their “solid proof” that Q is a fake.
