>War Power is supposed to originate from Congress, after deliberation.

50 U.S.C. ch. 33 is federal law adopted by the US Congress, Anon.

>Any law which contracdicts Constitution is void and null

Tell that to a judge. The seasoning packets that come with Ramen are valuable jail currency and worth much more than your assertions, however righteous.

What if Mr. Pig was merely trying to encourage Anons and keep up the morale of Anons through many difficult years? What if it was Mr. Pig who paid for this board and kept it operational during very dark and challenging times?

>As I said , to reiterate, Any alleged law which contradicts the Constitution is null.

Once the Congress has approved a law it is US law. US Code Section 50. Good luck with your approach.

It was an epic feint in an Information War, Anon. Where did the opfor focus it's resources?

"A feint is an offensive action involving contact with the adversary conducted for the purpose of deceiving the adversary as to the location and/or time of the actual main offensive action." (JP 3-13.4 I-9)

The following objective was achieved:

"Causing the adversary to misallocate personnel, fiscal, and material resources in ways that were advantageous to the friendly force." (JP 3 - 13.4 I-6)

>they used the word "resolution" to hide what they do

No. The bill started out with a title. 'Resolution' was a word in the title. The Act passed. It became law. US Code 50.

>It fails.

It passed:

"The War Powers Resolution was passed by both the House of Representatives and Senate but was vetoed by President Richard Nixon. By a two-thirds vote in each house, Congress overrode the veto and enacted the joint resolution into law on November 7, 1973". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_Powers_Resolution

The Constitution may be modified as the people see fit. The people have not seen fit to do so. US Code 50 is law. Objections to the law are noted and justified, however US Code 50 is US law.

Ever argue with a judge that formally adopted US law is not US law? It doesn't work no matter how many times you say 'Constitution' or how bright your righteousness burns in your heart, Anon.

Commonality with peanut butter 'allergies'? The restriction of cheap, accessible, easily-stored sources of protein in the US.

The alleged law is the accepted law in the US until it is repealed or adjudicated otherwise, fantasies notwithstanding. Sorry.

There are many avenues and opportunities for individual research, Anon.

For examples of the political climate in the EU in the last few years:

Up to 3,000 ‘peak polluters’ given last chance to close by Dutch government

The Dutch government is offering to buy out up to 3,000 “peak polluter” farms and major industrial polluters in an attempt to reduce ammonia and nitrogen oxide emissions that are illegal under EU law.

The nitrogen minister, Christianne van der Wal, said farmers would be offered more than 100% of the value of their farms to quit. For the first time, the government has said that forced buyouts will follow next year if the voluntary measures fail.

The group of 2,000 to 3,000 “peak polluters” – who are “mostly farmers”, an agriculture ministry spokesperson told the Guardian – will be offered a final set of choices: innovate to drastically reduce emissions, transition to a new kind of business, extend in ways that reduce their impact, relocate or “voluntarily stop”.

Labeled Climate Culprits, European Farmers Rebel Over New Standards

Asked to cut herds, move or even shut down to help meet E.U. environmental goals, agricultural workers say too much is demanded of them. Their anger is reshaping the political landscape.
