All airlines should be required to post credentials of every pilot.
Every passenger should have easy access to read credentials of who will be flying plane before you pay for a ticket.
Then you check a box saying you agree to risk of flying on that flight.
I bet ticket sales would drop fast, as it would make you agree to risk of accident or death and airline cannot be sued, as you were aware and agreed to risk,

Also, make it mandatory that if a replacement pikot jumps on flight last minute, it must be told over the speaker to all passengers and given option to de-plane and immediate refund.
