I remember then. Notables were strictly digs anon dug up. It did not include news of the day or tweets or anything else anons would normally come across. The sole purpose of notables was to keep good digs from getting buried so quickly. Would be really nice if we could go back to that time.

IMO it's a waste to but news items in notables. It is easily found if someone just turns on their computer or tv. Same with tweets. Anons should check Potus tweets daily. Don't need to be in notables. Certainly not anyone other than Potus should even be considered.

The whole purpose of notables was for relevant digs anon had done based on Q's crumbs. This was, someone signing on after 24hrs would be able to catch up on good digs. Since we don't dig like we use to, now notables can include proofs and side by sides most recent connections with crumbs.

It's just crazy to have opinions or news stories anyone can see in notables and allow good notes to get buried quickly.

What's to discuss. Everything Barnes says is true. Except maybe the military court jurisdiction.

We got fucked. Been extensive sliding about this already. Needs to just die.

You obviously did not read the plea deal. He can not be charged with any non violent crime that he committed prior to signing the deal, in DC. Ever.

He was only charged with bank fraud, so why the fuck did the DA write a blanket exoneration for Awan to include other crimes besides the bank fraud???

In addition, there was extensive investigation and the DA said they found no evidence he committed any crime relating to the Congressional server.

Yes, found out he lived in VA, so there is the chance he could be prosecuted for any crimes he committed from his home. Fingers crossed.

I know the feeling anon. Let's just try to keep faith that Q/team won't let him escape without due punishment.

sigh

Sealed indictments only mean there is enough evidence for a person to be criminally charged with a crime. There is never a defense in Grand Juries.

He has done major damage to the US with stealing top secret intel and other cyber crimes. I don't give a shit if he committed a violent crime. The damage he did was non violent.

You can not just pick a district to try someone in. There are laws governing that.

There has to be a good legal reason for a change of venue. You can not just pick a district out of the blue to prosecute someone. It is determined by where the crime was committed. That has priority. You could argue for district change based on location of the defendant and whether there is just cause for him to be tried in that district vs the district where the crimes were committed.

Ms. Liu is from DOJ. She had to be Senate approved. Makes her a Federal atty. She signed off on the plea deal. That makes it a Federal deal. His work on the COngressional computers in DC means that the majority of his crimes were committed in DC.

However, he is a foreign national and committed agregious crimes against this country. I imagine his case will go to a military tribunal. IF we ever see tribunal's.

Just can't get over the fact that the DOJ agreed to a deal where he could not be charged with any crimes in DC when he wasn't charged with anything other than bank fraud.
