Why did POTUS misspell 'its' (possessive pronoun)?
All (almost all) of President Trump's spelling & grammatical errors convey meaning and are purposeful.
They were unable to paint a false picture of life on /qresearch/ to be taken in by new visitors just arriving here.
Isn't it true that there could conceivably be other venues where criminal charges could equally well be brought? For example the other endpoint of an illicit data transfer, couldn't charges be brought in that state as well? Or if violation of a Federal criminal statute is alleged, in any other Federal District Court? Not a lawfag.
Or maybe the purpose of the plea bargain is to secure his testimony against higher-placed individuals. For example he could testify as to the server, how it was set up and maintained, what data was on it of which he has personal knowledge…?
