If you followed the General Flynn saga then you can notice the same pattern of behavior happening with Merrick Garland needing turn over reins. We have seen this over and over but the Flynn case is the easiest to tell about to prove a point.

It is a shell game. They move people in power in and out so as to not allow a clean flow of accountability. 1 ducks out at a critical juncture and another temporarily steps in. The same steps back in but is not responsible for what the temp replacement did, yet picked up where they left off.

Let's take Flynn case. Contreras was the Judge who presided over Flynn hearing of a guilty plea. Comey testifies to Congress and in hindsight we have a heads up that shit is about to hit the fan regarding FBI/DOJ set up of Flynn.

Contreras recuses WITHOUT giving a reason ( might sound insignificant to people)

A few days later, the Page Strzok emails come out showing they planed a dinner party to wine and dine Contreras into a FISA warrant on Flynn. Contreras should have recused based on Fraud Upon The FISA Court of which he was a Judge and now a sitting Judge on this case. He said nothing so

Emmitt Sullivan picked up where he left off. THAT IS NOT HOW THIS WORKS! Sullivan should have started over and no plea being recognized.

I could go on and on about the Flynn case but my point was to show you the shell game. 1 Judge takes it so far of criminal behavior then steps out, the next one steps in and is not responsible for the first but carries the case right up to the line of the next crime before passing it off. No single person is responsible for the injustice.

We are seeing it in slow motion in FL case as Jack Smith just introduced a new lawyer in the case. Shell game because Jay Bratt was caught too many times being a Brat.

Garland's surgery is same thing. Take him out and let Lisa Monaco take actions he would not be held accountable for ad then put him back in when she reaches a line to cross.
