There's a more lateral interpretation - the one I saw, anyway.

Q might not necessarily mean the people in-front of us, who are extremely blurry to identify.

I had presumed Q meant the reflection in the car window.

You can see the car vents reflected at the bottom, and just next to the blue truck some sort of outline is also reflected (either one side of a pair of glasses, or a phone).

Unfortunately, my photoshop is not strong enough to do that cool thing where people can improve the outlines of a given reflection.

Seeing as Q's theme is reflections, I was thinking differently.

Probably a red herring. Worth mentioning anyway.
