Netanyahu: UNRWA gave ICJ false information against Israel
Netanyahu has persistently called for the agency to be replaced.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused the United Nations Relief and Works Agency of providing false information against Israel to the International Court of Justice at The Hague during a conversation he held with a delegation of visiting ambassadors on Wednesday night.
“Many of the charges, false and unfounded, that were leveled against us in The Hague were brought by UNRWA officials,” Netanyahu charged.
He spoke close to one week after the ICJ issued a provisional order against Israel in which it asked it to refrain from acts that could lead to genocide against the Palestinians but fell short of asking it to stop its military campaign against Hamas in Gaza.
It listed UNRWA as one of the organizations that provided it with information, on which it based its ruling.
Israel has rejected all genocide accusations and has argued that it is Hamas that seeks to annihilate the Jewish people. It has been said that the Hamas-led October 7 attack against Israel in which 1,200 people were killed and another 253 were seized as hostage, is proof of those genocidal intentions.
“The only time that we've seen anything like that directed against the Jewish people was in the Holocaust,” Netanyahu told the delegation of ambassadors from different countries stationed at the UN headquarters in New York.

South Australia State Government employer ordered to pay compensation to public servant for Covid-19 vaccine injury
A vaccine-injured South Australian dad and public servant had a groundbreaking legal win against the government.
In a landmark ruling, a state government employer will pay weekly compensation and medical bills of an Adelaide public servant who developed a heart condition from a reaction to the Covid-19 vaccine.
Daniel Shepherd, 44, developed pericarditis due to a rare reaction to his third dose of Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine. He needed the third shot before starting his job with the Department of Child Protection.
The decision was made in mid-January by the South Australian Employment Tribunal.
Tribunal documents show Mr Shepherd’s employer, South Australia’s Department for Child Protection (DCP), required him to receive a third dose of the Pfizer mRNA Covid-19 vaccine.
Mr Shepherd had the injection on February 24, 2022 and experienced escalating chest pain in the subsequent weeks, leading him to believe he was having a heart attack on March 11, resulting in him calling an ambulance.
The diagnosis revealed post-vaccine pericarditis, an inflammation of the membrane surrounding the heart.
Mr Shepherd later filed a claim for weekly income support and medical expenses, which the State of South Australia initially rejected.
Initially, the State contested the connection between the vaccine and the injury but has since acknowledged that Mr Shepherd’s third vaccine dose caused the injury and subsequent incapacity for work.
Despite acknowledging that the third dose of the Covid-19 vaccine caused Mr Shepard’s injury, the State of South Australia sought other ways of contesting his claim on two grounds.

More importantly, in the now two-year long effort to keep up the flow of advanced weapons and vital artillery ammo, which is constantly depleted on the stalemated frontlines, European nations have seen their own stockpiles dwindle.
NATO leadership has in response issued a desperate plea for members states to drastically and urgently jump start and ramp up production. The private sector, especially in France in Germany, is also racing to forge partnerships with Kiev.
But meanwhile, standing in the gap remains the major US defense firms, with the biggest companies like Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, and Northrop Grumman leading the way. As global instability rises, so do their stock prices…
Arms sales and transfers are viewed as "important U.S. foreign policy tools with potential long-term implications for regional and global security," the State Department said in a statement.
Sales approved in the year included $10 billion worth of High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) to Poland, $2.9 billion worth of AIM-120C-8 Advanced Medium-Range Air-To-Air Missiles (AMRAAM) to Germany, and National Advanced Surface to Air Missile Systems (NASAMS) to Ukraine.
