enforcing quick trial in courts like you have, is a joke.
if there is so much corruption. They can blame anyone and plant evidence then you find yourself facing that.
For the ones that are above a certain age and they know better and are repetitive should have a harsh sentence.
as for putting people to death because they killed someone with the drugs again it should be the families decision jail or death. should be Noone elses. and i stick by that.

The PROBLEM lies within the gov. FIX the gov which fixes the economy so these ppl can actually buy a loaf of bread instead of selling to beable to afford. prices too high too many damn ppl obsessed with what someone else got instead of what you actually need to better yourself.
