DeSoto police searching for kidnapped woman
Lacey Lyn Ocerby, 37, was last seen around the 1300 block of East Parkerville Road, police said.

DESOTO, Texas — The DeSoto Police Department is searching for a 37-year-old woman who they believe was kidnapped on Thursday afternoon.
Lacey Lyn Overby's last known location was around the 1300 block of East Parkerville Road in DeSoto, police said. It's known she was at a Taco Casa bying a meal for what appeared to be a homeless man.
The man, who police say is now their suspect, is described as abald Hispanic man between the ages of 25 and 35. He was last seen wearing a blue-and-white plaid shirt.
Overby was last known to be in her car, a 2015 silver Chevy Malibu with a Texas license plate with the No. KDY7339. Police say she was wearing black scrubs with her hair in a ponytail.
It's unknown if any weapons were involved, police say.
