Mine as well. It sometimes disappears for a day or two at a time (notably, it disappeared immediately after that missile was fired off the coast of Washington State, only to return a day later).
The ringing is of varying volume, often a screeching or grinding sound almost. Sometimes it contains strange beeps.
Discussion on this made the notables many breads back, baker called it the "ringening".
