CNN's foreign policy-oriented Sunday show, Fareed Zakaria GPS, comes in second place, but the long-running MSNBC morning show with Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski gets top billing.
White House aides are so cognizant of the president's viewing habits that they'll book themselves during the 7 a.m. to 7:40 a.m. timeslot, when they know Biden is watching.
The president particularly pays attention to longtime contributor Mike Barnicle, foreign policy expert Richard Haass and presidential historian Jon Meacham, Axios said.
