Anon confirms these night time takeoffs do appear to have been filmed at Dyess AFB. Which makes sense because B-1s at Ellsworth were grounded around January 9th when the B-1 crashed there. Unsure if Ellsworth B-1s are still grounded.

 

Bing maps bird's eye view of Dyess shows an airfield structure that looks to be a match to the seen in the video.
