Reduced cellular immunity may be the unexpected consequence of having replaced uracil in the genetic code with N1-methyl pseudo uridine, with activation of regulatory T cells caused by the modified protein. The spike protein on exosomes may persist for more than 4 months. The mRNA of the COVID-19 vaccine was never supposed to only act in the place of injection in the muscle, but rather in the lymph nodes and the spleen. This is central to explaining the many side effects…which include the unintended consequences on the immune system. The lipid nanoparticles encapsulating the mRNA of the COVID-19 vaccines build up in the liver, spleen, adrenal glands, and ovaries. The lipid nanoparticle component is highly inflammatory. Cells that are primed to produce the spike protein are damaged. Spike proteins in the bloodstream damage endothelial cells. SARS-CoV-2 spike protein antibodies may have unintended consequences on other spike proteins. The residual immune memory of the original SARS-CoV-2 virus may prevent efficacy against variants. Signs of reduced immune system response have been many.
The findings also indicate potentially significant disruptions in the regulatory control of protein synthesis and cancer surveillance. These disruptions may be linked to neurodegenerative diseases, myocarditis, immune thrombocytopenia, Bell's palsy, liver disease, impaired adaptive immunity, compromised DNA damage response, and the initiation of tumorigenesis.
Multiple doses of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines lead to higher levels of IgG4 antibodies…Increased IgG4 synthesis due to repeated mRNA vaccine boosters may cause autoimmune diseases, and promote cancer growth and autoimmune myocarditis in susceptible individuals.
Impaired CD4 + T cell activation, as seen in conditions like HIV/AIDS, can result in a higher risk of opportunistic infections. For example, mycosis fungoides, which is a type of cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, is characterized by the abnormal accumulation of CD4 + T cells in the skin. While impaired activation of CD4 + and CD8 + T cells is not considered the direct cause of mycosis fungoides, for which the exact cause is not fully understood, it is believed to play a role in the pathogenesis of the disease…The work casts serious doubt about the protective efficacy of mRNA COVID-19 boosters also bearing significant potential adverse effects.”

Abstract
Over the last 24 months, there has been growing evidence of a correlation between mRNA COVID-19 vaccine boosters and increased prevalence of COVID-19 infection and other pathologies. Recent works have added possible causation to correlation. mRNA vaccine boosters may impair immune system response in immune compromised individuals. Multiple doses of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines may result in much higher levels of IgG 4 antibodies, or also impaired activation of CD4 + and CD8 + T cells. The opportunity for mRNA vaccine boosters to impair the immune system response needs careful consideration, as this impacts the cost-to-benefit ratio of the boosters’ practice.

A considerable body of evidence indicates a correlation, and some recent studies even suggest causation, highlighting the potential for mRNA COVID-19 boosters to have adverse effects on the immune system. Over 800 US, European officials censure Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza
More than 800 serving officials in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union have openly criticized their governments’ unwavering support for Israel’s genocidal war against Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip.
The officials said in a statement released on Friday that their governments' policies on the brutal Israeli aggression on Gaza could amount to "grave violations of international humanitarian law."
The "transatlantic” statement said the administrations in the US, UK and EU, some of which are Israel's key Western allies, risk being complicit in "one of the worst human catastrophes of this century.”
“Israel has shown no boundaries in its military operations in Gaza which has resulted in tens of thousands of preventable civilian deaths; and that the deliberate blocking of aid by Israel has led to a humanitarian catastrophe, putting thousands of civilians at risk of starvation and slow death,” the officials said.
“Our governments have provided the Israeli military operation with public, diplomatic and military support,” they added. “This support has been given without real conditions or accountability; and that when faced with humanitarian catastrophe; our governments have failed to call for an immediate ceasefire and an end to blockages of necessary food, water and medicine in Gaza.”
The statement expressed concerns about the ongoing situation in Gaza and said, “There is a plausible risk that our governments’ policies are contributing to grave violations of international humanitarian law, war crimes and even ethnic cleansing or genocide.”
Signed by civil servants from the US, the EU and 11 European countries including the UK, France and Germany, the statement called for holding “Israel, like all actors, accountable to international humanitarian and human rights standards applied elsewhere and to forcefully respond to attacks against civilians.”
The signatories also demanded a lasting ceasefire and full humanitarian access in Gaza as well as a safe release of prisoners on both sides.
The statement is the first instance of officials in allied nations across the Atlantic coming together to censure their governments over the Israeli war on the besieged Palestinian territory.
Meanwhile, the US federal court in California asked US President Joe Biden’s administration on Thursday to reconsider its “unflagging support” for Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza.
The court also ruled that the Israeli aggression on Gaza, which began in early October, “plausibly” amounts to genocide.
Israel launched the war on Gaza on October 7 after the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas carried out the surprise Operation Al-Aqsa Storm in response to Tel Aviv's decades-long campaign of bloodletting and devastation against Palestinians.
The Tel Aviv regime has killed at least 27,019 Palestinians and injured 66,139 others since the start of the invasion, the health ministry in Gaza said.
Thousands more are also missing and presumed dead under the rubble in Gaza, which is under “complete siege” by Israel.
UN experts have described Israel’s war on Gaza as the deadliest, most dangerous conflict for journalists in recent history.
Microsecond dynamics control the HIV-1 Envelope conformation

Abstract
The HIV-1 Envelope (Env) glycoprotein facilitates host cell fusion through a complex series of receptor-induced structural changes. Although remarkable progress has been made in understanding the structures of various Env conformations, microsecond timescale dynamics have not been studied experimentally. Here, we used time-resolved, temperature-jump small-angle x-ray scattering to monitor structural rearrangements in an HIV-1 Env SOSIP ectodomain construct with microsecond precision. In two distinct Env variants, we detected a transition that correlated with known Env structure rearrangements with a time constant in the hundreds of microseconds range. A previously unknown structural transition was also observed, which occurred with a time constant below 10 μs, and involved an order-to-disorder transition in the trimer apex. Using this information, we engineered an Env SOSIP construct that locks the trimer in the prefusion closed state by connecting adjacent protomers via disulfides. Our findings show that the microsecond timescale structural dynamics play an essential role in controlling the Env conformation with impacts on vaccine design.
