This is an unlawful entry preventing her from closing the door. Then they arrest her lying claiming she assaulted them.

You mean big stores like walmart coming in and allowing shoplifting, saying they can't do anything even though they have the legal right to detain any shoplifter, increasing crime and emboldening shoplifters, then moving out leaving nothing but the mom and pop small businesses to deal with all the shoplifters they emboldened, putting them out of business.
