yes, well at least that is how it has always been. How can the highest office ( not officer) make any decision if they are worried about a corrupt congress or justice system going after them. The president also has the ability to pardon. If congress had a power like they think they do anything the opposing president did would come under fire by the other party. All this helps show is what a cluster fuck this all is.

The larger question is really how do you handle the big name fucks like obama and clinton, the entire concept of justice at this point has been destroyed. So what really can be done, just kill everyone? Forgiveness appears when and for who, Gitmo is not enough in most cases, and there are not enough gitmos globally. They need to go after obama and the like because their horrible actions have hurt so many globally its disgusting. But then the hauge is just a show also. Too many questions because we are still too far out from resolution.
I hate that is where we are going, but it seems that is where we are going. I just question what form of government exists after, because it can not be allowed to exist as it is. So the laws because of that get called into question. Some say going back to basic constitution no amendments is where we start, but how to organize that and what happens after. The levels of horror show are so vast and so many of the moral questions are not being asked.
I understand, but once you get past the obvious people like in federal government, then what the states ok then the cops the lawyers the doctors, who else has pissed someone off.
