Sebastián Piñera, the former conservative president of Chile, passed away in a helicopter crash in a lake on Tuesday, 6. The 74-year-old politician’s demise was initially reported by the Chilean newspaper “La Tercera.”

The incident occurred in the city of Lago Ranco, located in the central region of Chile. Piñera was returning from a visit to his friend, businessman José Cox, accompanied by three other individuals.

Government sources, as reported on the newspaper’s website, confirmed that four people were on board the helicopter, and three were located by emergency teams. By the time rescuers arrived, the aircraft was already submerged in the lake’s waters.

According to the Argentine newspaper “Clarín,” Piñera was piloting the helicopter and was unable to release his seatbelt to exit the aircraft. Two individuals managed to swim to the shore, while a third was rescued in the water using a boat.

Authorities stated that the accident occurred at 2:57 PM local time. Piñera owned a residence in the rural area where the crash took place, which he used during vacations. The helicopter was reported to be privately owned.

Police and rescue teams were dispatched to the accident site. The weather conditions in the region were adverse at the time of the incident, with heavy rain.

Uruguayan President Luis Lacalle Pou expressed his condolences for Sebastian Piñera’s death, saying:

“I have known President Piñera for several years. He has always maintained a positive attitude towards Uruguay, both professionally and personally. To the Chileans and his family, my condolences.”

RINO Sen. James Lankford (R-OK) has found himself again at the center of a political storm as an old deposition testimony resurfaced, coinciding with his involvement in a compromised uniparty border bill.

The senator, who has been a key player in pushing for the so-called “Invasion Authorization Act,” has faced a backlash over comments from a 2010 deposition suggesting his belief that a 13-year-old could consent to sex.

This bill was designed by Lankford, along with Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), Chris Murphy (D-CT), and Chuck Schumer (D-NY), to give power to Democrats and bail out Joe Biden, who opened the borders in his first act as president.

The national security supplemental package bill, totaling $118.28 billion, allocates a staggering $60.06 billion to Ukraine in response to Russia’s aggressive military actions.

In contrast, U.S. border security efforts are earmarked to receive $20.23 billion.

Sen. Lankford faced significant criticism from fellow Senate and House members over the “open border deal.” Opponents contend that the legislation represents a betrayal of the American public. Critics argue that Lankford “will be remembered as one of the worst traitors ever born in America.”

Now, a 2010 deposition involving Senator Lankford has resurfaced.

During his time as director of youth programming at Falls Creek Baptist Conference Center, a 13-year-old girl’s family brought a lawsuit against a 15-year-old boy for an alleged sexual assault at the camp Lankford oversaw.

While Lankford had no direct knowledge of the incident and was not accused of any misconduct, his testimony in the case has raised serious concerns.

Senator Lankford, before his tenure in Congress, testified under oath that he believes your 13-year-old kid can consent to sex. This statement stands in stark contrast to Oklahoma law, where the age of consent is 16, with a close-age exemption for minors between 14 and 17, leaving no legal provision for a 13-year-old’s consent.

When challenged by the girl’s family attorney, Kenyatta Bethea, even within the context of his role as a father, Lankford reaffirmed his position.

In 2009, while Lankford worked at the camp, the family of a 13-year-old girl sued a 15-year-old boy who was alleged to have had sex with her at the camp. Lankford, who was not in Congress at the time, is not alleged to have had any direct knowledge of the alleged assault, has not been accused of any wrongdoing and was not a defendant in the lawsuit, which was settled for an undisclosed amount before it was scheduled to go to trial.

But in a 2010 deposition in the case, given a week after he was elected to his first term in the U.S. House, Lankford testified that he believed a 13-year-old could consent to sex.

“Yes, I think they can,” Lankford told Kenyatta Bethea, a lawyer for the girl’s family, according a 155-page transcript of the deposition obtained by The Associated Press.

When Bethea pressed if his answer was still the same “if I ask you that question in terms of your position as a father,” Lankford maintained his stance.

“Yes, they can,” he said.

In 2018, Senator Lankford acknowledged that he was involved in negotiating an amnesty agreement with Democrats “behind his voters back.”

Last month, Oklahoma GOP leadership passed a resolution to condemn U.S. Senator James Lankford for his involvement in an outrageous border security deal with Democrats.

The resolution, passed with immediate effect, states that the party will withhold all support for Senator Lankford until he ceases his involvement with the proposed legislation.

The OK GOP party emphasizes support for “limited legal immigration” and opposes any ‘path to citizenship’ that would favor illegal aliens over those who have pursued immigration through legal channels.

Judge Engoron is Now Demanding Details About Possible Perjury by Trump Org CFO Weisselberg in 11th Hour Attack on Trump

Far-left Judge Arthur Engoron is now demanding information about possible perjury by Trump Org. CFO Allen Weisselberg as he prepares to deliver a verdict in the civil fraud case against Trump.

The non-jury Soviet-style show trial played out in court for 11 weeks. Judge Engoron delayed the verdict to mid-February.

The judge cited a report from The New York Times on Weisselberg’s reported plea deal with prosecutors where he will have to admit he lied on the witness stand in Manhattan Supreme Court. Weisselberg will also have to admit he lied to Letitia James’ investigators as part of his plea deal with the Manhattan DA’s office.

Recall that Trump Org. CFO Allen Weisselberg was railroaded by far-left New York Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan after he was indicted on trumped-up tax crimes.

According to the indictment, Weisselberg was accused of a “sweeping and audacious” tax fraud scheme for receiving $1.7 million in illegally ‘received tax-free perks such as apartments and car leases.’

Merchan completely railroaded Allen Weisselberg and forced him to plead guilty.. OR ELSE.

Weisselberg pleaded guilty to all 15 tax crime felonies in exchange for a reduced sentence in a plea deal with prosecutors.

The plea deal also required that Mr. Weisselberg to testify as a witness.

Judge Merchan ultimately sentenced Weisselberg to five months in Rikers Island jail in August 2022.

Prosecutors are now turning the screws on Weisselberg again and will use the information against Trump at the eleventh hour in the civil fraud case.

The New York judge set to deliver a verdict in the civil business fraud trial of Donald Trump has ordered attorneys in the case to give him details about possible perjury by former Trump Organization Chief Financial Officer Allen Weisselberg.

Judge Arthur Engoron, in an email to the attorneys made public Tuesday, said that if Weisselberg had lied in one aspect of his testimony, the judge might disregard anything Weisselberg has said on the witness stand or to investigators.

Engoron flagged a New York Times report last week that said Weisselberg is negotiating a deal with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office that would require him to plead guilty to perjury.

That report, which cited people with knowledge of the matter, said that Weisselberg would have to admit that he lied during his testimony at Trump’s fraud trial in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Weisselberg, 76, would also have to say he lied under oath during an interview with the office of New York Attorney General Letitia James, the Times reported.

Judge Engoron had already ruled that Trump engaged in fraud and ordered the dissolution of Trump’s New York businesses. The New York appellate court stayed Engoron’s order.

Recall that radical Marxist New York Attorney General Letitia James sought $370 million in ‘damages’ when there is no victim in this fraud case and she is also seeking to ban Trump and his sons from operating any businesses in New York. She accused Trump of inflating his assets and defrauding lenders and insurance companies.

James originally sought $250 million in damages from Trump.

In addition to increasing the amount of ‘damages’ she wanted Trump to pay, Letitia James sought a lifetime ban for him from the real estate industry.

In November a Deutsche Bank executive who worked to approve at least one of Trump’s loans testified that it is “atypical, but not entirely unusual” to reduce a client’s asset values and still approve a loan.

Trump called the prosecution “election interference at the highest level.”
