The date of this change was during the corrupt Gilded Age. This is the date our system was hijacked. If we returned to the original purpose, we can fix what is broken in the Federal Court system

I agree with you and a good way to begin to fix the 120 year old problem is with future law students. Their license should come after they take on work identifying for removal problem laws on the books.
