I am pretty sure, any servant who ending up pregnant, back in the day, would have been sent home or away, immediately. No decent home would want a pregnant servant, let alone a single one. It just wouldn't have been done.
With all the men employed at such a house, or any men around in the area, could have had her. It is really stretching things to assume a rothys got to her. (think of how ugly most are)
