Based on what numbers? The 2020 results? Quit normalizing the mainstream election narratives by using those numbers as if they have any legitimacy. PA is one of the worst, by demonstrable evidence. It was shown to have more voters than citizens in many places, dead people voting, 100+ year old people voting, and more. There is no reason to believe any county there needs to be flipped.
