They're violating the 14th amendment by denying him due process and equal protection under the law, but remember this is a SHOW. The 14th is being highlighted for a reason.
Government is lawless and citizens have been denied equal protection under the law for a long time. The courts find they have "no standing". Now it's "happening" to the President of the United States.
