Photoshop is the best tool I've used by far (don't not torrent yes no). Check the new AI one, you just tell it through voice or text what to do and it does a good job. The crackheads saying Gimpy is good are noobs.

Yeah imgflip is great as well. Has all the memes databased so you can just add top and bottom text easily. Once you add the text in you can just copy the image and paste it so you don't gotta save it on your computer (unless you want to) or deal with the imgflip watermark at the bottom left once you finalize the meme.
I haven't owned a phone for 8 years. Photoshop is by far the best regardless of political affiliation, especially with the AI stuff they added to it. Adobe Lightroom is amazing for mass photo editing as well.
