I hate that renovation loans or rehab/ remodeling loans or cards in America of course, aren’t easy to obtain.

The fact they won’t loan out money that is for construction jobs so we can cover the tax increases is why I hate the government.

Even if the loans are defaulted the upgrades are redeemed and all that’s it lost is taxes.
