It's definitely not :17 seconds as the screenshot implies. In Tucker's vid it's ~1 min 39 seconds.

However, the transition from Tucker's intro to the interview was at

1 min 17 seconds

from interview start to starting to take the watch off is 1 min 37 seconds. so plus 20 after interview starts.

So pretty darn close.

The floor for most leaders would have been black and white for duality and masonic purposes. Nothing anywhere. Refreshing as it was off putting, being so used to seeing it everywhere.
