Fani Willis Forced US Marshals To Hand-Deliver Subpoena From House Judiciary Committee
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis failed to take service of a House Judiciary Committee subpoena over email, requiring the U.S. Marshals Service to hand deliver it to her personally, the Daily Caller has learned.
The House Judiciary Committee sent a subpoena to Willis on Feb. 2 for documents germane to her potential misuse of federal funds related to her indictment of former President Donald Trump. Willis did not accept the subpoena after it was emailed to her, causing the U.S. Marshals Service to have to serve the subpoena to her themselves, a source familiar with the matter told the Daily Caller.
The Daily Caller was able to independently verify that the U.S. Marshals Service had to serve the subpoena to Willis.
“Why wouldn’t Fani Willis just accept service like everyone else? Making the U.S. Marshal’s Service use taxpayer money to do this is a complete waste of time and resources. But we shouldn’t be surprised when it comes to her office,” a source familiar with the situation told the Daily Caller.
The Fulton County District Attorney’s office did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller’s request for comment.
The House Judiciary Committee requested that Willis hand over all documents and communications referring to or relating to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office’s receipt and use of federal funds from the Department of Justice’s Office of Justice Programs, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention and Office of Community Oriented Policing Services.
After extensive reporting from the Daily Caller News Foundation on Willis’ alleged misuse of taxpayer dollars and alleged failure to properly report the use, Republican Georgia Lt. Governor Burt Jones announced members of a new committee to investigate Willis, the Daily Caller first learned. The bipartisan committee made up of six Republicans and three Democrats will look into Willis’ relationship with her lover Nathan Wade and the alleged misuse of taxpayer funds.
Willis admitted to being in a relationship with Wade, who she hired as a special prosecutor on the election interference case against Trump. The Fulton County District Attorney has been accused over the past several weeks of being Wade’s lover and inappropriately benefitting from lucrative contracts her office had given him.
“Fani Willis, the D.A. of Fulton County, just admitted to having a sexual relationship with the Prosecutor she, in consultation with the White House and DOJ, appointed to ‘GET PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP,’” Trump posted after Willis admitted to being in a relationship with Wade. “By going after the most high level person, and the Republican Nominee, she was able to get her ‘lover’ much more money, almost a Million Dollars, than she would be able to get for the prosecution of any other person or individual. THAT MEANS THAT THIS SCAM IS TOTALLY DISCREDITED & OVER!”

The League of East European States was a 1914 proposal by the German Committee for Freeing of Russian Jews for a German-dominated consociational buffer state to be established in the Russian Partition of the multi-ethnic territory of the former Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth.
The idea was conceived by prominent Zionist Max Bodenheimer, in the context of World War I and longstanding German Mitteleuropa ambitions, utilizing the concept of national personal autonomy or national curiae, which would allow Jewish representation in the government alongside other groups despite their Pale of Settlement dispersion. Bodenheimer was a founder of the German Committee for Freeing of Russian Jews. The Committee drew up a plan to establish a buffer state between Germany and Russia, created from territory to be taken from Imperial Russia. The biography by his daughter describes a divide and rule strategy to the benefit of Germany: "In this Federation Ukrainians, White Russians, Lithuanians, Esthonians and Latvians would together serve as a counterbalance to the Poles, and the Germans, and Jews would hold the balance of power between the two groupings."

Bodenheimer participated at the 1st Zionist Congress and was elected to be a member of the Inner Actions Committee. In 1898 he visited Palestine as a member of the delegation which accompanied Herzl to meet the German Emperor, Wilhelm II. Bodenheimer took part in the Zionist Congresses, helped to write the constitution of the Zionist movement and the Jewish National Fund (JNF), and was the chairman of the Board of Directors of the JNF in Germany. When the First World War broke out, he moved the JNF offices from Cologne to The Hague.
It seems like he was the author of the conception of the establishment of the League of East European States - a German client state with autonomous Jewish cooperation, later referred also as Judeopolonia.
Like other veterans from the Herzl period, Bodenheimer's status declined after the First World War, and he was not re-elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the JNF. In August 1929, joins the Revisionist party led by Ze'ev Jabotinsky. Bodenheimer attended the 17th Zionist Congress as a representative of the Revisionist party. During the Congress, a sharp controversy arose between the majority and the Revisionist party concerning the "ultimate goal" of Zionism, and the Revisionists left the Congress. This was the last Zionist Congress in which Bodenheimer participated.
In 1935 Bodenheimer immigrated to Palestine and settled in Jerusalem, where he began writing his memoirs. He died in July 1940.
