Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-Wisc.) announced Saturday that he will not seek reelection this fall after four terms in office.

Another RINO has declined to seek re-election despite a 98% re-election rate for the House and a guaranteed multi-MILLION $$$ income from money-interests.
