In the endlessly baffling version of transparency at the war court at Guantanamo Bay, someone just unsealed this 2018 filing notifying the court of a secret filing for his eyes only. That was more than five years and three judges ago, depending on how you count the judges.

Imran Khan claimed victory in Pakistan's elections
Imran Khan, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, who is serving his prison term, claimed victory in the national elections of this country.
In a message, he asked his fans to celebrate this victory, which was achieved despite the "suppression" of his party.
Independent candidates supported by Imran Khan won the most seats in the elections.
His party has been banned from participating in parliamentary elections.
