This is my son Devon - we think we went for a run yesterday afternoon around 1 or 2 from route 11 about halfway between Tully and Lafayette [New York]. No one has heard from his since then. His phone is off or without power and all of this is very unlike him. If anyone see him or has seen please let us or the police
