This topic is beyond anything I have researched or read about, but I just wonder:

Would there be any potential criminal or civil exposure to Biden's handlers and administration members if they knew of Biden's unsuitability to discharge the duties of the office, BUT KNOWINGLY kept quiet and/or colluded to actively disguise what they knew to be true?

Could they be held legally accountable for contributing to, or perpetuating, the lie? It would definitely be a short term career hit, except for the NetFlix deals they would likely receive as a golden parachute.

Could this be a part of the Panic in D.C. and the lawfare directed toward Trump?

I assume if any could be proven to have conspired to instigate false prosecutions, they would be in a serious world of hurt. But that would likely take a digital, video, or paper trail to prove to a jury.
