oh no, science is racist
>All races are descended from Homo sapiens that lived around 100,000 years ago. As Homo sapiens emigrated across the globe the population was split geographically into isolated gene pools and each gene pool diverged genetically. For example, the Homo sapiens who settled in Europe weren't synthesizing enough Vitamin D from sunlight so they lost the pigment in their skin. A unique series of adaptations occurred in each isolated gene pool as each race followed a new evolutionary branch. The landscape on which selective pressures exists isn't solely geographical of course, and so each isolated branch of Homo sapiens began to exert it's own social and cultural pressures that influenced reproductive success or failure, further specializing each pocket of early man. This type of selective pressure is more keenly felt in societies that develop complex civilizations and marks the most notable difference between the modern races, that of the civilized and savage races.
