Anon theory regarding HAARP quakes-

Anon did some "destructive" vibration testing for DOD contracts in my career.

Basically, an aircraft part is vibrated at variable frequencies and accelerometers record various locations on the part itself. Graphing the data shows which frequencies resonate. The vibration table is then set to dwell on the resonant frequency and a timer records how long it takes for the thing to tear itself apart.

This is the same phenomena as an opera singer breaking glass.

Now look at all the examples of earthquakes in a grid pattern in certain locations. They're poking around with little 2.0 and 3.0 quakes, trying to find the right spot and freq. that will resonate.

Once they have it dialed in, just dwell on it for a period of time, or better yet dial up the power,, and you got a major quake.
