Can anyone safely submit this information to the Okaloosa Sheriff’s?
Info regarding the incident on 11/12/23 with Jackson & Officer Hernandez:

First look at the reflection of the tree on the car window to the officers right as he passes the front passenger window @ 09:29:25. This precedes the officer reaction to shots fired by fractions of a second.
Next begin looking frames at bodycam timestamp 09:29:30.
The yellow circled object is moving from behind the tree. The red circled object is moving away behind the roofline. The blue circled object is flying away from the officer in the direction of the other two objects. It has a sort of boomerang behavior as it moves.
At bodycam timestamp 09:29:40 the officer reacts and falls believes he’s been shot. Here there is a potential catch of the boomerang object shown leaving again after another round of harassment to the officer. See video clip included.
I believe Officer Hernandez was attacked by a drone weapon of some kind, most likely a directed energy weapon fire, causing him to hallucinate or to have experienced voice to skull sound; thus hearing the weapon fire that triggered his reaction. The energy weapon likely deployed by the boomerang object to inflict pain and confusion so that he would perceive that he was in fact shot. The Officer self reports just after reaching cover that he “feel(s) weird” which lends more weight to the DEW suspicion.
I suggest a forensic study of the bodycam footage, and any other recoded angles of the incident.
