I have an older sister who is a felon (bad checks), she's been in and out of prison multiple times. She lost her kids (first set) about 25 years ago and they went into foster care with a local mormon family, while I lived a few states away with my new wife. We moved back near them and wanted to adopt them, and they wanted us to, the kids loved my wife and I. The foster mother asked me if I would continue to bring the kids to their mormon temple and I truthfully said no. Next thing I know, I'm no longer allowed to see the kids and CPS said the kids were afraid of me. These kids would jump in my arms every time they saw me and about choke me to death hugging me. The judge allowed the foster family to adopt them.

Now that they're adults, I found out the foster dad was abusive.

It's not just a few cities. Go watch some 2nd amendment auditor videos, it's happening all over the country. Hell go watch the armed fisherman in florida lawfully carry and still get regularly held at gunpoint.
