Cop Stabbed to Death by Unidentified ‘Trespassing Suspect’ In New Mexico

Biden’s ‘Poor Memory’ Saves Him from Prosecution Over Classified Documents

President Joe Biden, 81, will not face charges for knowingly taking classified documents when he left the vice presidency in 2017. Last week, Special Counsel Robert Hur said in a report that he opted against bringing criminal charges following a 15-month investigation because Biden cooperated and would be difficult to convict, describing him as a “well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Meanwhile, former President Trump is facing a criminal prosecution for his handling of classified documents in a case that is similar to Biden’s. Trump allegedly resisted turning over about 100 classified documents that led to obstruction of justice charges against him. Trump wrote: “THIS HAS NOW PROVEN TO BE A TWO-TIERED SYSTEM OF JUSTICE AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL SELECTIVE PROSECUTION!” Trump has pleaded not guilty. A trial is scheduled for May but is likely to be delayed.
