Just my opinion and knowing Kansas City.
I doubt that these were black gangs or random blacks shooting up the place. Blacks are major participants in the parade. And there has never been a problem at all.
I would guess that this was coordinated terrorists, who probably hid their guns in backpacks or such.
This was not racial.
