‘Heinous crime’ – Moscow slams Kiev for deadly strike on border city

Russia’s Foreign Ministry has accused “Kiev Nazis” of committing barbaric attacks against civilians in Belgorod

Kiev has once again demonstrated its “neo-Nazi essence” to the world, Russia’s Foreign Ministry said on Thursday following a deadly Ukrainian attack on the city of Belgorod, which is located about 25 miles (40 km) away from the border between the two countries.

The Ukrainian missile strike launched earlier on Thursday left at least seven people dead, including a one-year-old baby, and injured 18 more, including four children, according to the authorities. The attack also damaged 128 apartments, 15 residential homes, an industrial enterprise, four shops and over 30 cars, Belgorod governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.

Kiev’s attack had “absolutely no military meaning,” the Russian Foreign Ministry stressed in a statement.

“It is obvious that Kiev Nazis, suffering failure after failure on the battlefield, barbarically take out their anger on peaceful Russian citizens,” the statement read. Ukraine’s latest “terrorist attack” has highlighted the “criminal role of the ‘collective West,’ led by the US,” who supply Kiev with deadly weapons which are being used against innocent civilians, the ministry added.

Moscow “strongly condemns this heinous crime against civilians and civilian infrastructure,” it said, vowing that the attack will be thoroughly investigated and “the perpetrators will be severely punished.”

“We call on the international community to condemn this outrageous criminal act. We intend to initiate consideration of this issue in the UN Security Council and other international structures,” the statement concludes.

Earlier on Thursday, Russia’s Defense Ministry reported that Moscow’s forces had intercepted 14 projectiles launched from a RM-70 Vampire multiple-launch rocket system over Belgorod Region.

Communities in Russian border regions, including Belgorod, have repeatedly been subject to Kiev’s missile and drone strikes in recent months. One of the deadliest of these hit Belgorod in late December, killing 25 people and injuring more than 100. Russian President Vladimir Putin at the time called the attack a “terrorist act,” vowing to respond by targeting Ukrainian military installations. He stressed, however, that Moscow does not plan to retaliate in kind by attacking civilians.

The Georgia Bar Association is Now Interfering — Advises Witness Not to Answer Questions About Fani Willis and Nathan Wade in Scandal Investigation

The Georgia Bar Association is now interfering in the Fani Willis-Nathan Wade scandal as it advises a witness not to answer questions pertaining to the alleged improper relationship between Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and lead prosecutor Nathan Wade.

The advice comes amid an ongoing scandal that threatens to derail a significant election interference case involving former President Donald Trump.

Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee is set to review evidence this morning regarding accusations that Willis engaged in an improper relationship with Wade, potentially compromising the integrity of the case.

These allegations have intensified since The Gateway Pundit reported the possibility that Willis could be disqualified from the RICO case against Trump and several associates over her conduct.

Earlier this month, Willis and Wade were subpoenaed for an evidentiary hearing scheduled for today, stemming from a lawsuit filed by Michael Roman, a co-defendant in Trump’s RICO case. Ashleigh Merchant, representing Roman, has accused Willis’ office of “intentionally withholding information.”

During today’s proceedings, witness Robin Yearti, who worked in Fani Willis’s office, testified that Willis and Wade initiated their relationship in 2019, contradicting the filings made by Wade and Willis claiming that the relationship began in 2022.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that on Monday’s hearing, the attorney found a discrepancy where Wade provided two contrasting sworn declarations in different courts about his improper relationship with Willis.

“We’ve got two declarations in two different courts, both sworn and filed with the court, that say something completely different,” the lawyer said.

“We’ve got a 2023 filing under oath by Mr. Wade, stating he didn’t have a relationship. Then we’ve got a filing stating he did have one starting in 2022.” “And then, once that came about, he fixed the incorrect affidavit that was filed back in 2023. So, we definitely have a conflict judge.”

Another witness, Terrence Bradley, a former law partner of Nathan Wade, claimed that the Georgia Bar Association had advised him not to answer questions due to the application of Rule 1.6 of confidentiality.

CISA describes itself as the operational lead for federal cybersecurity and the national coordinator for critical infrastructure security and resilience. However, since its founding, CISA has morphed into a much more sinister and politicized organization.

CISA was founded in 2007. CISA was originally intended to be an ancillary agency designed to protect “critical infrastructure” and guard against cybersecurity threats. In the years since its creation, however, CISA metastasized into the nerve center of the federal government’s domestic surveillance and censorship operations on social media. In 2018 CISA was given the role in securing the elections and the census. They have failed on both accounts.

By 2020, CISA routinely reported social media posts that allegedly spread “disinformation” to social media platforms. By 2021, CISA had a formal “Mis-, Dis-, and Mal-information” (MDM) team. In 2022 and 2023, in response to growing public and private criticism of CISA’s unconstitutional behavior, CISA attempted to camouflage its activities, duplicitously claiming it serves a purely “informational” role.”

Epstein Victims File Lawsuit Against the US Government, Claim FBI Enabled His Sex Trafficking

A dozen victims of dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein have filed a lawsuit against the US government, alleging that the FBI enabled his sex trafficking operation to continue for over two decades.

The victims, whose names are not public, allege the FBI had received tips about Epstein’s behavior as far back as 1996 but did nothing with the information.

The Hill reports, “A probe finally began in 2006, the suit says, but ended once Epstein pleaded guilty to a soliciting prostitution charge in Florida and was sentenced to 18 months in prison. The suit claims the FBI continued to ignore tips until Epstein was arrested on sex trafficking charges in 2019. He killed himself in prison months later.”

“As a direct and proximate cause of the FBI’s negligence, plaintiffs would not have been continued to be sex trafficked, abused, raped, tortured and threatened,” the complaint states, according to the report. “Jane Does 1-12 bring this lawsuit to get to the bottom — once and for all — of the FBI’s role in Epstein’s criminal sex trafficking ring.”

The lawsuit additionally claims the FBI had evidence of his continued crimes but refused to investigate further.

“During the FBI investigation, the FBI was complicit in permitting Epstein and co-conspirators to continue to victimize Jane Does 1-12 and other young women,” the lawsuit alleges. “The FBI had photographs, videos and interviews and hard evidence of child prostitution and failed to timely investigate and arrest Epstein in deviation from the FBI protocols.”

“The FBI had a non-discretionary obligation, governed by established policies, procedures, rules, and protocols, to handle and investigate tips concerning potential and ongoing underage child erotica, rape, sex with minors, and sex trafficking in a reasonable manner and to act against Epstein and to prevent him from committing repeated crimes,” the complaint continued.

“Yet, contrary to its own established rules, the FBI failed to take appropriate action and botched and covered up investigations for years.”

The lawsuit is seeking damages from the government.

Epstein was found dead in his prison cell in New York’s Metropolitan Correctional Center on August 10, 2019.

Though his death was ruled a suicide by hanging, many have questioned that determination due to the influential figures that he could have potentially implicated. Among his alleged friends and guests at his infamous “Lolita Island” were Prince Andrew and former President Bill Clinton.

Israeli Forces Storm Southern Gaza Hospital In Search Of Hostage Remains

Civilians have been trickling out of Gaza's southern city of Rafah, regional media has observed, as Israel's major ground assault looms, also as the city and its environs have already come under intensified shelling, air strikes, and sporadic infantry raids on some areas.

Prime Minister Netanyahu has deflected calls to halt the impending military operation by saying he's ordered the army to draw up plans to evacuate the city of its civilians prior to the invasion. While Israeli leaders say it is Hamas' "last bastion" - it has also been last bastion of safe refuge for the internally displaced of the Strip, swelling to six times the population compared to before Oct.7, according to the UN.

Currently there's an estimated 1.5 million people in Rafah, and critics of Israel's plan has said any forced displacement could be seen as part of an ongoing ethnic cleansing campaign. Earlier in the week UN's Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said it would not participate in such a plan.

"We have not received any official communication from Israeli officials," Jens Laerke, spokesperson for OCHA said Tuesday. "Regardless, the UN does not participate in forced, non-voluntary evacuations. There is no plan at this time to facilitate the evacuation of civilians," he said.

International pressure has only grown, with Australia, Canada and New Zealand issuing a joint statement Thursday urging "immediate humanitarian ceasefire" and saying an assault will have a "devastating" impact on the civilian population. "There is simply nowhere else for civilians to go," the readout signed by prime ministers Anthony Albanese, Justin Trudeau and Christopher Luxon said. It stressed Israel "must listen to its friends."

Spain and Ireland also issued a letter, calling Israel's attack on Rafah "a grave and imminent threat that the international community must urgently confront."

And British Foreign Secretary David Cameron weighed in, saying Israel should "stop and think seriously" before initiating a ground invasion. He asked whether he thinks Israel has broken international law and is committing war crimes. "We think it is impossible to see how you can fight a war amongst these people. There’s nowhere for them to go," Cameron responded.

At the moment, Israeli ground forces are concentrated on a controversial mission in Khan Yunis where they've breached Nasser Hospital in an operation aimed at hostage recovery. IDF Spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari stated Thursday, "Sadly, we know that some hostages are no longer alive. We are committed to finding and returning the bodies of those hostages in Gaza."

Former Puerto Rico Mayor Gets 5 Years After Being Caught In "High Profile Bribery Case"

A former Puerto Rico mayor faces 5 years in prison after he was caught on tape in a "high-profile bribery case".

Ángel Pérez Otero was sentenced on Monday as part of a wider federal crackdown on government corruption in Puerto Rico, ABC News reported this week.

Otero had previously been found guilty of conspiracy, bribery back in March, charged with awarding contract and expediting invoice payments while getting kickbacks of thousands of dollars.

Federal authorities said the scheme ran from late 2019 to May 2021.

Back in March, the Department of Justice wrote about the scheme: "According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, Ángel Pérez-Otero, 52, was involved in a bribery conspiracy in which, from approximately late 2019 through May 2021, he accepted thousands of dollars in cash bribes on a regular basis from the owner of a construction company."

"In exchange for these payments, Pérez-Otero agreed to obtain and retain contracts for the company and ensured that its invoices were promptly paid," the release continues.

"Pérez Otero was placed under arrest by FBI agents on Dec. 9, 2021, after a Colombian businessman, Oscar Santamaría, along with former Cataño Mayor Félix “el Cano” Delgado Montalvo, agreed with the Federal Prosecutor’s Office to reveal a scheme in which businessmen paid bribes in exchange for contracts," the San Juan Daily Star expounded.

This week the DOJ put out another release stating:

"The former mayor of the municipality of Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, was sentenced today to five years and three months in prison for his involvement in a bribery scheme in which he received cash payments in exchange for awarding municipal contracts and expedited payment of invoices related to those contracts."

Mayors of the towns of Rincon, Guayama, Humacao, Aguas Buenas and Trujillo Alto have also been sentenced on Federal bribery charges, the ABC report says.

The Global Deep State: A Fascist World Order Funded by the American Taxpayer

The American empire keeps expanding. And keeps stealing our hard earned money to do it.

The debate over U.S. foreign aid is a distraction.

That’s not to say that the amount of taxpayer money flowing to foreign countries in the form of military and economic assistance is insignificant. Even at less than 1% of the federal budget, the United States still spends more on foreign aid than any other nation.

The latest foreign aid spending bill includes $95 billion for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan.

Since World War II, the U.S. has given more foreign aid to Israel than any other country ($318 billion), with the bulk of those funds designated for Israel’s military efforts.

Even so, more than 150 countries around the world receive U.S. taxpayer-funded assistance.

As Forbes reports, “U.S. foreign aid dwarfs the federal funds spent by 48 out of 50 state governments annually. Only the state governments of California and New York spent more federal funds than what the U.S. sent abroad each year to foreign countries.”

Whether or not that some of that foreign aid is used for legitimate purposes, the global welfare system itself is riddled with corruption and waste. As Adam Andrzejewski rightly asks, “Do taxpayers instinctively know that they are funding choir directors in Turkmenistan, filmmakers in Peru, aid for poultry farmers Tanzania, and sex education workshops for prostitutes in Ethiopia?”

The problem is not so much that taxpayers are unaware of how their hard-earned dollars are being spent. Rather, “we the people” continue to be told that we have no say in the matter.

We have no real say in how the government runs, or how our taxpayer funds are used, but that doesn’t prevent the government from fleecing us at every turn and forcing us to pay for endless wars that do more to fund the military industrial complex than protect us, pork barrel projects that produce little to nothing, and a police state that serves only to imprison us within its walls.

This financial tyranny persists whether it’s a Democrat or Republican at the helm.

At a time when the government is spending money it doesn’t have on programs it can’t afford, the national debt continues to grow, our infrastructure continues to deteriorate, and our borders continue to be breached.

What is going on?

The “government of the people, by the people, for the people” has been overtaken by a shadow government—a corporatized, militarized, entrenched global bureaucracy—that is fully operational and running the country.

This powerful international cabal made up of international government agencies and corporations—let’s call it the Global Deep State—is just as real as the corporatized, militarized, industrialized American Deep State, and it poses just as great a threat to our rights as individuals under the U.S. Constitution, if not greater.
