When I read his multiple posts where he said "disinformation is real" "Disinformation is necessary" for some reason(I can't explain this) I got a feeling he was referring to disinformation being posted on purpose(by the good guys) to divert bad guys attention to it while they do something else when the bad guys are not looking.
If you think about the AF1 picture he posted and people blamed him for using some stock photo, he pointed out that on that stock photo, the cup holder was on Trump's desk while on Q's picture it was near the lamp which means means he wasn't using any stock photo. Why did he take that picture from a reflection of his phone/ipad? because it's a loophole which doesn't violate NAT sec rules. It was also a way to show the picture was original because any stock photo would not be taken that way.
By showing it was an original picture, the bad guys now have their hands full analyzing that picture which gives the good guys plenty of time to do something else while the bad guys are not watching.
