If a judge does not consider what a defendant has to say, that is called "Biased", he is no longer judging but executing judgement. This case is moot based upon that one single point.

You have no idea how fed up some of us are with these thugs. I am scared to stand down, do nothing, and watch those that I love get abused to death. I would rather be out there, ripping off heads, making them pay for their crimes against this nation and our people, that brings me comfort because then I am in control and can do what I do best, defend.
