1. The judge violate the 6th Amendment and your right to a fair trail by an impartial jury. It is up to you as the defendant to waive that right not the judge's call.

2. By doing this he violated Article VI of the US Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land by overriding your rights.

3. A court cannot sue on behalf of a bank that makes no such claims of damages.

4. A court cannot equate "The People of NYS" which has no party to private bank transactions and Mr Trump as the people would not profit nor lose any monies whether or not they profited or defaulted.

5. The judge did not allow Trump closing remarks which violate his 6th Amendment right to defend himself.

6. All gag orders violate the 1st Amendment, he is entitled to his opinions as long as they do not call for direct violence, which he did not.

7. Because the judge claims Trump over evaluated his worth, he perjured himself in court by over evaluating his worth because he refused to repsect and consider the rulings of the higher court Appellate Division.

8. Because this judge started this case with usuary and fined Trump before and now has ruled in excessive awards to the State which he never claimed any damages, he is guilty of "Repeated Fraud"

He needs to be disbarred and all his previous rulings now have to be scrutinized for biases, fraud, and extortion.
