Qestfag here… this happens and I haven't been able to find an explanation. 2x in one day is also seen… look up meg Whitman on qest. It looks like she uses HP as her personal ATM.
So yes, I think it's very fishy. But don't know for sure. Someone (not an insider) has to be willing to sell for 1/10th the price… that's the truly shady part and one could imagine numerous ways to launder money this way.
If so it is bad sec reporting. The buy should be listed as stock type "option to buy". Happens all the time and is perfectly normal. But in the cases we are talking about, the buy and sell are both regular stock.
