Possible. Sessions' specialty was drugs and elections. He went after both to take down MS13 and the voter fraud issues. Pruitt has been after the epa for years and now that he was in there I'm sure he has compiled a list of crimes he would love to persue if only he were in the DOJ. POTUS keeps people in positions only as long as they are useful or specifically skilled in an area.
