This is actually a rather effective technique as a sort of DDoS. It will make it difficult for Q to post reliably in the general thread for timings. Keep an eye out for Q posts in other breads.
It's probably not shills so much as trolls. Liberal activists have likely been directed onto the boards and are staged similarly to how 4chan will raid a board. About time we faced a dynamic opponent.
Not talking about AF1. Q set up AF1 to look exactly like it did in a publicly available picture (minus a few things, like a magazine rack) and then took a picture of the silver iPhone reflecting Obama's AF1.

I'd guess about 20 minutes or so. Could have been an ongoing project. Couple attempts each hop in AF1 over the past few weeks. Hard to say. The key was the coffee mug. Most other stuff is probably standard kept.
