they can just declare it at a lower value and then say trump still owes money anons have speculated this tactic for a while now. Its horrible how they are doing it but not shocking. Trump actually paying them as I have heard he is planning even though it violates his constitutional rights, it would prevent NYC from doing a firesale on his properties.
It still may happen, but I think it is one of the changes this time.
