How do they get to such ridiculous sums of money for such a trivial thing as defamation of character. You only can exact that amount if the damages were equal to that amount lost. What did these people loose? Nothing, they still have their jobs right? This is extortion and it is time to hand these people their heads and charge them $148 million to get them back.
