A citizen of the United States of America from the city of Los Angeles in the state of California was arrested by the decision of the court in the city of Yekaterinburg in the Sverdlovsk region of the Russian Federation and charged with treason for financing the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In Ukraine, they suggested mobilizing prisoners and arming them with shovels.
"We don't want to, or we can't, or it's risky to arm them with machine guns — let's give them shovels," said Denys Maliuska, the Minister of Justice of Ukraine.
According to him, it is possible to "easily send at least 50,000 people with criminal records to the front".
