She didn't officially end her campaign. It's just that youtube channel's opinion that her campaign is ended. He means she ended it by saying stupid things. I think her run is over too but she didn't officially end it…yet.
Answer the phone but do not say anything or make a sound. If it's a robocall it will hangup after a short time. Your voice or a noise activates it. If it's a real person calling, it kinda freaks them out. They don't know what to do and eventually say "hello?". That's when I ask "who's calling?" I don't give any info until I know who it is.
